Clinical outcome after air-assisted manual deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty for fungal keratitis poorly responsive to medical treatment.
fungal keratitis remains an important disorder because of the difficulty in diagnosis, and some patients do not respond to treatment with local and systemic antifungal agents. This study was conducted to determine the value of manual therapy therapy anterior lamellar keratoplasty in air-assisted (TDALK) in the treatment of fungal keratitis can not be cured by antifungal chemotherapy.
Seventeen patients (18 eyes) who were referred to Fukuoka University Hospital and were treated surgically from January 2006 until April 2018, including the diagnosis of fungal keratitis is confirmed by the findings of typical clinical and microbiological analysis or histological specimens of the cornea, and less responsive to drugs antifungal topical and systemic, while the lesions do not result in corneal perforation, enrolled in the study and were treated by TDALK users air-assisted. clinical outcomes including any treatment, the success rate of therapy, the results of visual acuity and clarity levels of corruption are analyzed.

Air-assisted TDALK guide can be effective for treating severe fungal keratitis. In addition, the air-assisted TDALK guide may be an alternative procedure for large-bubble DALK, because it can provide outpatient vision and can preserve the potential vision with less risk of intraoperative perforation of DM.
maternal depression and its relationship to eat responsive and nutritional status of infants: A cross-sectional study of a rural medical college in central India.
Globally, about half of all under-five deaths due to malnutrition. The amount of child nutrition in India is one of the highest in the world. Responsive meal that has the potential to optimize nutrition and development depends on “healthy mother.” The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude and determinants of maternal depression among mothers of infants attending immunization clinics at a rural medical college in India and observe to do with the practice of breastfeeding and nutritional status infants.

Data were collected individually by interviewing each mother, and the anthropometry of babies do. The mothers with depression were diagnosed according to the 10-item Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale. The amount of depression have been reported using the frequencies and percentages, whereas the association has been studied using the prevalence odds ratios with 95% confidence interval (CI) and logistic regression at 0.05 level.
